Because there just can't be enough images of me in a tuxedo available on the internet, I submit this for your perusal. Look, I was pretty nervous at the time this photo was taken and I distinctly remember developing some sort of foreign accent as the speech went on. By the end I would have been mistaken for a Swedish expatriate.
The Writers of the Future awards ceremony was held at Caltech's prestigious Athenaeum Club at which Albert Einstein gave the inaugural speech. I was told the toilet I sat on he also gave the inaugural...well, let's just say they now call it the "seat of knowledge."
