I met Lars Edwards during the L Ron Hubbard's Illustrators of the Future Contest. We became fast friends and I want to share his artwork here. This illustration is for the story "The Stone Cipher" by author Tony Pi and when I saw it revealed I thought it was probably the Gold Award winner. Lars has quite a talent and his attention to detail is evident in this illustration.
Lars recently worked for Cartoon Network and had quite a hand in the Adult Swim series "Squidbillies" including a tenure as Supervising Animator.
