The ubiquitous "Wally Woods 22 panels that always work" is artwork in its own right and is framed and hanging in my office at work. Wally Wood was the man and what great science fiction and pulp illustration.
The panel ideas are probably very helpful and when I get more "into" the comic publishing phase of my life I am sure I'll use them.
Off topic comment: I just ordered King Crimson "Discipline" a CD from my past that hasn't been in my collection for years. Can't wait to get it into the Ipod.
